For artists who want more sales (but hate doing “business stuff”)
Published: Thu, 02/06/20
… I’d wake up to messages from 5 interested buyers
… collectors would see how good my work was and buy, without me having to network, or market, or “sell” them
… I’d start my day by making art instead of annoying “business stuff” on social media, because several sales came through, and a patron donation covered most of the studio expenses
… I’d have the “first world problem” of having to choose which interviews to accept, because I received so many requests from prestigious publications after my work got exhibited in international biennials and famous commercial galleries
Now looking back I see that this wasn’t an idle daydream.
It IS possible to experience this kind of success (even if you think “I can’t sell that’s why I haven’t sold much”).
It was possible for me, and it was possible for hundreds of students I’ve taught.
And here is the best part:
What if I told you that it takes less time each week than your grocery shopping?
Typically, artists in the Praxis Center see rapid progress in a year, just working at this 30 minutes a week. This is not about spending all your time on business stuff. It is about organizing everything so you spend as little time as possible doing professional presentations and spend more time in the studio and with people you love.
What if I told you it’s as easy as following a recipe for roasting a chicken?
For example, Praxis Center Members get video walkthroughs and questions answered every step of the way, as well as examples to follow - all you have to do is fill them out... it’s almost all done for you!
Writing to a patron is easy - I provide templates and all you have to do is fill them out which takes the hassle and worry out of it all.
When searching for galleries, I have templates for writing them a letter as well as scripts for calling them so there is nothing to make you hesitate.
Seems impossible, yes?
But it isn’t:

The good news is that none of these people are “special”.
No special education.
No special connections in the Art World.
No special secret advantage.
Look at their stories and ask yourself, “Are these people an entirely different breed of artist?” Your answer will be a big, resounding NO.
If they can make it in the Art World, so can you.
Go here next and get the support you need, so you too can experience how wonderful it feels when the art market FINALLY starts giving you the recognition you deserve:
