Is It Just You?

Do you ever think about the mundane, everyday ways we all move through our lives? What routines do we build, how do small decisions carry us from morning to night, what are the invisible negotiations happening beneath the surface? I think that most if not all of us assume everyone else has it figured out, but more often than not, we’re all just piecing things together as we go. Remembering the truth of that shared experience can give us permission to notice, reflect, and maybe feel a bit less alone in the process.
