How Do You Stay Balanced?
Stress is real and it can get in the way of all manner of things we hold dear and important. Not only can it collapse our creativity, it can also
interfere with our ability to be kind as we move through the world. Taking small steps to mitigate stress – things like good self-care practices, enough sleep, and planning ahead when it comes to your artistic calendar for the year, can go a long way toward improving our productivity and our general outlook on life. That is not to say that stress won’t creep in, but the more you’re ready for it, the more likely you will be to manage it and move on.
