Traditional media has become centralized and dominated by government influence, making independent media struggle for visibility. Since they have little funding, they focus on creating and circulating their own content online. Their team is decentralized, working remotely, and most members have other jobs, except for her, who took unpaid leave to focus on the Biennale.
 

Video Clip: How the curatorial structure of the Biennale is managed. The strategic board, made up of curators, defines the curatorial framework, ensuring some consistency. However, the partnerships and collaborations vary each time, creating a mix of different curators and contributors in each edition of the Biennale.
