Tatiana Rais is a curator and director of a large experimental space in Bogota, Columbia. She explains who gets to exhibit there and why.

While rooted in contemporary art, Oleon also engages with local community leaders in La Candelaria who resist gentrification. The organization runs programs like a communal kitchen, an urban garden, and activities with elderly women, using art as a tool to imagine new ways of organizing and rethinking practices.
