Really, it should be about the experience that people have, and all of the artwork should relate to that experience and help to tell a story of this neighborhood. And that's actually right here in the heart of Denver. Somebody bought up this amazing piece of property and it's going to turn into its own neighborhood.
So those master plans are really exciting because we get to have these huge visions.”
