Would you like to meet this collector: Dr Livia Selmanowitz Straus?

Published: Thu, 08/25/22

Dr Livia Straus is the founder of the Hudson Valley MOCA. She was on the Board of the Neuberger Museum in Purchase, New York, the Hebrew Union College Museum in Manhattan, and the Contemporary Acquisition Committee at the Jewish Museum in Manhattan. She also served on the Advisory Board for the Cincinnati Museum of Contemporary Art and as Curatorial Advisor for Riyadh Metro, Saudi Arabia.

We had the privilege of hosting her at a recent Praxis Roundtable (a weekly Zoom call where Praxis students meet and interact with influential collectors, curators and gallerists).

Here are some curated clips from that Roundtable:

Anyway, would you like to meet Dr Livia Straus?

As a Praxis member, you can!
Plus: you also get personal access to me, Brainard Carey, and a suite of educational guides on topics ranging from grant writing to time management and negotiating museum contracts.

I’m willing to bet that if you ONLY showed up for the weekly Praxis Roundtables over Zoom* and met the collectors, curators and dealers that are there, without doing ANYTHING else, you will at the very least 3X your investment right away.

Which is why I offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy.

*(And if you are unable to show up live for any of these sessions for whatever reason, you get the recording and the contact info of the speaker afterwards.)

Join the VIP Edition of Praxis Center Membership (Monthly $59/m | Annual $595/yr) and unlock a truly international circle of influencers who can support your studio practice from the blank canvas to the museum acquisition!

Enrolment closes 28th August. No exceptions.
